About an order
Include your order number. For a damaged or wrong item, attach photos of the packaging and the item — that is all we need to send a replacement or a refund.

Not sure which machine, or which tool?
For a machine: tell us what floors you have, whether you need to wash hard floors or deep-clean carpet, whether there are pets, and whether a cord is a problem. Or use the comparison page and pick two models yourself. For a tool or formula: tell us the model name from the label on your machine and what you need, and we will point you to the listing that states it fits. There is a longer walk-through on our buying guide.

We reply within one business day.
